About Us
The Hastings Toy Library is a member of Toy Libraries Victoria. A Committee is responsible for the running of the toy library. The committee meets five times a year approximately and discusses items relating to the running of the toy library. A co-ordinator oversees the day to day running of the toy library and can answer any questions you may have about the toy library.
The library is funded by both memberships and a grant from the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council.
The toys that are in stock are suitable from birth to seven years. New toys are constantly making an arrival at the toy library so there is always something new and fun to play with (even for parents).
General Information
Location: Foyer of the Hastings Library, High St Hastings
Borrowing: Toys may be borrowed for up to 3 weeks.
Lost/Broken Toys: Toys that are lost or broken incur a fine of $2, a $5 fine is applicable if the broken/lost toy is integral to the game play. Money is refunded on the return of the lost toy.
